May 16, 2018, Serafina Beach Hotel launched an innovative cocktail menu for lovers of the world of cocktails. The new proposal serves as a meeting point to socialize and – beyond quenching thirst – to share the experience of discovering the creativity of modern mixology, according to Pierre-Alex Maillard, general manager of the hotel. 

The new menu was prepared by renowned Puerto Rican mixologists Leslie Cofresí and Roberto Berdecía, founders of Licorería Miramar, a gastronomic laboratory dedicated to the research and development of culinary values, with particular emphasis on cocktails. 

The creations made specially for Serafina Beach Hotel by Licorería Miramar and presented by the mixologist, Edgar Morales, include a reinvention of classic combinations, such as: the tropical “Playa Spritz”, a variation of the Aperol Spritz; the bold “Guava Mule”, variation of the Moscow Mule; the “Aged Dram”, the “Old Fashioned” flagship of the house for lovers of whiskey, and the “Silk Road”, a nice variation of the Margarita on the rocks with sweet orange salt.

The menu also offers signature drinks such as the epic “aMare”, based on vodka with elderflower liqueur, and the “Beachside”, a refreshing libation based on gin and ginger, among others. “This collaboration with Licorería Miramar reaffirms the spirit of Serafina Beach Hotel to offer experiences,” said Maillard. 

The new cocktail menu is now available at the aMare Restaurant Bar and at PiñaCo Bar, located in the lobby of Serafina Beach Hotel.

Licorería Miramar is the first gastronomic laboratory in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, dedicated to the research and development of culinary values, with particular emphasis on cocktails.
